Night Light Aw Snap Error

Issue description

When clicking on Night Light icon in M71 dev, user is taken to Aw Snap page, I cannot reproduce in M70 beta.

This is a crash in the settings page. +stevenjb

kjbooker@ Can you help us investigating this issue. When this happens, if you go to chrome://inspect > Pages tab > Settings (click on inspect under it). Do you see any errors in the Console tab in the inspect window?

From the feedback report I can only see the following:

Do you have call stack information? If it is night light specific it's probably a crash in the handler for that UI page? You're the owner of that code :P

I don't think any of those warnings are relevant.

I'm seeing a number of users reporting that opening the Displays Setting page causes a crash. Some specifically mention Nightlight, others don't. Most seem to be from M70.
