What steps will reproduce the problem?
(1) Enable docked magnifier and switch to tablet mode.
(2) Rotate the screen to portrait secondary. Snap a window into splitview. Only one window is snapped, so overview is also active.
(3) Rotate the screen to landscape primary.

What is the expected result?
The work area can be updated and then snapped window and divider position can be updated correctly.

What happens instead?
No work area updated and snapped window bounds and divider position area both wrong.


Not sure what it should be in this case, the work area update has been stopped if overview is active in  issue 834400
