Raw logs for the failed skylab task shows problems setting up pubsub for logdog:

It shows that autoserv and lucifer were never run (no logs). Probably skylab_swarming_worker just gave up when it couldn't setup logdog.

Looks like an intermittent problem right now. Please up priority if we see this again. Note that another skylab task from the same build succeeded. So this wasn't a widespread issue when it hit.
