Moblab is often released a few weeks after a milestone has gone stable, as updating the moblab in the middle of stabilization is a risk not worth taking.

Also moblab with a much smaller user population may get several stable releases to fix critical blocking bugs that come up with newer infra changes to tests.

As suggestion can you create a master-moblab-release so I can kick off guado/fizz moblab builders together to create new releases even after the regular scheduled stable builder has stopped.
