Chrome OS desktop menu/bubble placement broken on extended display
On Chrome OS 72.0.3582.0 and ToT linux-chromeos @ #600836
(1) Attach a second display (or run chrome --ash-host-window-bounds=500x500,0+500-500x500)
(2) Right click the desktop toward the left edge of the the second/extended/right display.
Expected: Context menu placed to the right of the cursor, fully visible on the display.
Actual: Context menu placed to the left of the cursor, partly cut off by the display edge.
See the attached image of the context menu cut off on the secondary display on linux-chromeos.
This might be related to some broken views bubble placement logic?
(3) Position a chrome window such that the bookmark star is in a similar place (left side of display).
(4) Click the star to show the bookmark bubble.
Expected: The bookmark bubble is shown to the right of the star, fully visible on the display.
Actual: The bookmark bubble is shown to the left of the star, partly cut off by the display edge.
Actual: Bookmark bubbles on the primary display are similarly broken.
Actual: The bubble does not show *at all* on the device's second display, with this window placement!
