https://ci.chromium.org/p/chromium/builders/luci.chromium.try/android-kitkat-arm-rel/108357 is a sample task. There were a few of these this morning, which caused a page to fire before my shift that I noticed when my shift started.

Looks like most of the tests run ok in the build, but then one last one takes forever? The test suite seems to normally take a minute, so this seems very abnormal. I think we might have too many retries?
