What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Turn night light on (Settings -> displays), Sunset to Sunrise
2. Wait for sunset.
3. Disconnect from the Internet
4. Manually change your time zone in Settings to a location where it is daytime.

What is the expected result?

Night light turns off.


What happens instead of that?

Not only does night light stay on, but if you manually turn it off using the quick-settings-bar-thingy, and then switch to another logged-in user (simultaneous logged in user), night light turns itself back on, and you can watch the color temperature change.
