camera_v4l2 test failed on quawks 11177.0.0

camera_v4l2 test failed on quawks 11177.0.0 and 11178.0.0.
The test passed after 11179.0.0.

The test only failed on chromeos4-row4-rack8-host14.
Seems like the camera module is broken on the machine.
I cannot find any camera device on the DUT.
