Monogram overriding default person icon for local profile

Project Member Reported by ainslie@chromium.org, Oct 21

Issue description

Something funky might be going on with monogram tiles overriding generic person profile icons (Mac M69+) for local profiles.

"Also I’m not an “F”. Supposedly I’m not even logged in so where is Google getting that from? ... I made it a point to never log into Chrome because I don't want to. So it somehow inferred this from me logging into the Chrome developer store (to publish an extension)."

I am logged into personal Gmail under my account (doesn't start with F), but I also previously logged into the chromewebstore account (which _does_ start with F). I definitely never intentionally tried to log into Chrome itself.

Thomas, this looks like a case of the pre-Dice user menu being coupled with the account avatar in the toolbar. We had already identified and fixed this bug somewhere else, right?

Yes, this should be fixed in M70!

dan.abramov@ could you update your browser? (i.e. go to chrome:chrome, wait for the update and then relaunch)
