Press button to open file on any webpage 2. File chooser (Explorer) opened 3. Trying to select a file but PC is slowed down What is the expected behavior? What went wrong? You don't need a file, problem is in Windown explorer window. When it is shown to open a file, Windows extremely slow down and sometimes Chrome is not responding, then I had to close it by removing a task. As a result I can't use Crome for some cases with opening files. Please fix this!

Tried testing issue on reported chrome version #69.0.3497.100 using Windows 10 by following below steps. Steps: ===== 1.Launched chrome. 2.Navigated to "gmail.com". 3.Clicked on compose mail and clicked on the attachment button. 4.Then File chooser got opened and selected a file. 5.Unable to observe any UI freezing or PC getting slow down. Thanks for check this up. Currently after restarting Chrome I can't catch the issue any more. Going to investigate this in another aspects, possible it is matter of Chrome extentions or just OS bug.
