Chrome crashes when it's too much tabs and RAM is ending.

Issue description

UserAgent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 10.0; Win64; x64) AppleWebKit/537.36 (KHTML, like Gecko) Chrome/69.0.3497.100 Safari/537.36

Steps to reproduce the problem:
1. Open as much tabs as you can
2. When RAM will ending Chrome window will come black (or white)
3. Then can appear small error-window with button OK, reporting about problem

What is the expected behavior?

What went wrong?
Chrome crashes when it's too much tabs and RAM is ending.

Crashed report ID: 

How much crashed? Just one tab

Is it a problem with a plugin? N/A 

Did this work before? N/A 

Chrome version: 69.0.3497.100  Channel: n/a
OS Version: 10.0
Flash Version:

Thanks for filing the issue. 
It would be more helpful if you provide us latest 16 digit crash server id from chrome://crashes (as attached in screenshot) to proceed further.

I had repeat experiment and there are many crashes, for example:

Thanks for the reply.

Could you please check the issue by upgrading chrome to latest stable-70.0.3538.77 & provide us 16 digit (Uploaded crash report id-as highlighted in yellow in C#3 screenshot)crash id from chrome://crashes if still issue persists.

I updated Chrome to version 70.0.3538.77 (64bit). I had repeat the experiment (I had run a lot of web-pages by clicking on bookmarks panel). It is much more stable (no more black screen). But some pages are still crashes. Here 16 digit id-s:
