developer tools will not open

UserAgent: Mozilla/5.0 (Macintosh; Intel Mac OS X 10_10_5) AppleWebKit/537.36 (KHTML, like Gecko) Chrome/59.0.3071.115 Safari/537.36

Steps to reproduce the problem:
1. select "View" 
2. Developer 
3. Developer Tools

What is the expected behavior?
that Developer Tools will open

What went wrong?
it doesnt open - there is no response

Did this work before? N/A 

Chrome version: 59.0.3071.115  Channel: n/a
OS Version: OS X 10.10.5
Flash Version: Shockwave Flash 31.0 r0

Sorry to hear that DevTools isn't opening.
On my OS X 10.13.6 mac with Chrome 70.0.3538.67, I have no problem opening DevTools via View>Developer>Developer Tools.
I see that you are on Chrome 59.0.3071.115, perhaps updating to 70 would help?
Have you tried opening DevTools with F12 or command+option+i ?
