KSH: Consider using uppercase letters in accelerators

The keyboard shortcut helper displayed via Ctrl+Alt+/ uses lowercase letters in the accelerators that it shows. This makes it hard to read combinations that use the 'L' key. Would it be better to use uppercase letters?
