Notification Duration.

UserAgent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 10.0; Win64; x64) AppleWebKit/537.36 (KHTML, like Gecko) Chrome/70.0.3538.67 Safari/537.36

Steps to reproduce the problem:
Nothing to reproduce just need notification duration to be implemented. 

What is the expected behavior?
Should be a setting to allow how long the desktop notifications stay there. 

What went wrong?
Having no notification duration setting.

Did this work before? No 

Chrome version: 70.0.3538.67  Channel: stable
OS Version: 10.0
