Re-signin dialog's button doesn't work

On 72.0.3585.0 Linux ToT, I sign into chrome and enable sync, then DISable sync, then try to re-enable it by clicking the avatar and "turn on sync."  I log in w/ email/password, and then I get the last consent screen. Two issues:
1) The dialog is too tall (see screenshot)
2) the turn on button doesn't work (I click and nothing happens)

Could you check if this is still reproducible on today's Canary?
Demetrios recently landed a few fixes related to the sync-dialog.

Functionality should be fixed by issue 897168.
Style should be fixed by  issue 896507 .

@tangltom: Seems fixed on Canary Version 72.0.3592.0 (Official Build) canary (64-bit).
