Smart Lock not working on M-71

chrome os version : 71.0.3578.13 / 11151.6.0

1.Try to set up smart lock
2.Try searching for smart lock in settings page

Observed: we don't see the smart lock option in the settings page. Earlier it was present in the screen lock section in settings page

Note : It works fine on M-70 11021.51.0 build

Status: WontFix (was: Untriaged)
This is WAI in M71 since setup should now be done using the new Better Together setup flow. You can find this in settings under Connected Devices if you have a valid Android phone on the same account. Feel free to reach out if you have any questions.
