Uncaught TypeError: Cannot read property 'isReadOnlyRemovableDevice' of null when dragging file over "My Files"

Issue description

UserAgent: Mozilla/5.0 (X11; CrOS x86_64 11151.4.0) AppleWebKit/537.36 (KHTML, like Gecko) Chrome/71.0.3578.8 Safari/537.36
Platform: 11151.4.0 (Official Build) dev-channel nautilus-unibuild (nautilus nautiluslte)

Steps to reproduce the problem:
1. Open Files app and open JS console.
2. Take any file and drag it over "My files"
3. Profit!!!

What is the expected behavior?
No messages in console.

What went wrong?
Uncaught TypeError: Cannot read property 'isReadOnlyRemovableDevice' of null
    at FileTransferController.selectDropEffect_ (main_scripts.js:31924)
    at FileTransferController.onDragOver_ (main_scripts.js:31345)
