Steps to repro:
# With ChromeVox on, visit calendar.google.com
# Type 'c' on the braille display to create an event

Expected: The letter goes through to the application and generates simulated key presses

Actual: Nothing happens. Braille entry only works in text fields

Notes: This will be a challenge across braille tables because not every table has a 1 to 1 mapping of symbols to keys
This would be a very useful feature for ChromeOS Tablets
