gmail right side chat overlapping

Issue description

UserAgent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 10.0; Win64; x64) AppleWebKit/537.36 (KHTML, like Gecko) Chrome/70.0.3538.67 Safari/537.36

Example URL:
https://mail.google.com/mail/u/0/#inbox

Steps to reproduce the problem:
1. Setup right side chat in gmail
2. Navigate to inbox
3. Notice that right side chat is overlapping with gmail subject

What is the expected behavior?
Should be no overlap, separate frame

What went wrong?
Overlapping frames

Does it occur on multiple sites: Yes

Is it a problem with a plugin? N/A 

Did this work before? Yes Not sure, definitely broken last couple versions

Does this work in other browsers? Yes

Chrome version: 70.0.3538.67  Channel: stable
OS Version: 10.0

Unable to reproduce the issue on chrome reported version# 70.0.3538.67 with steps mentioned below:
1) Launched chrome reported version and logged into gmail with valid credentials
2) Enabled right side chat and clicked on Inbox, gmail subject isn't overlapping with right side chat

@Reporter: Please find the attached screenshot for your reference. Try to test this issue by creating new person with no apps and extensions in it and let us know if the issue still persists.

I tried incognito mode and noticed the problem was not present.  It must be one of the plugins I have installed.  I will try to reproduce the problem by disabling add-ons until problem goes away.

An extension called "RightTasks for Gmail" is the problem - appears to not work correctly with the latest version of Gmail.  This extension has been disabled on my side.

As per comment #5, can you please confirm if disabling the extension "RightTasks for Gmail" has resolved the issue?
