What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Inspect Element on the "Issue 1" text in one of the issues (the ::before pseudo in the DOM).
2. Bring up the color-picker for the 'color' property.
3. Look for the contrast-ratio information.

What is the expected result?
Contrast info shows up, like it does for other elements on the page. In particular, the "Example N" text in the examples *do* show the contrast info.

What happens instead of that?
No contrast info.
