The "swam hashes" sections are huge and distracting

"build properties" contains a huge list of "swarm hashes". I'm not sure what they are useful for but as a sheriff I'm interested in the commits in this run which are hidden very far at the bottom. 

I think it would be useful to collapse or hide the swarm hashes section by default.

perhaps we shouldn't display a property value in full if it is so huge. Looks like that was the intention since the property value is put into abbr tag, but it doesn't quite work.
