Issue descriptionChrome Version : 69.0.3497.100 and 70.0.3538.6 URLs (if applicable) : https://outlook.office.com Other browsers tested: Add OK or FAIL after other browsers where you have tested this issue: Firefox: OK (62.0.3) Internet Explorer : OK (11.0.9600.19155) What steps will reproduce the problem? (1) login to https://outlook.office.com with a microsoft office 365 subscription (2) open an email with an attachment (.xls files, .pdf files, etc) (3) click on download attachment What is the expected result? the attachement start downloading What happens instead? nothing happen at all Please provide any additional information below. Attach a screenshot if possible. uninstalled latest version of chrome and reinstalled an older version : no more problem For graphics-related bugs, please copy/paste the contents of the about:gpu page at the end of this report.

Unable to reproduce the issue on reported chrome version #69.0.3497.100 and 70.0.3538.6 using Windows 10 by following below steps. Steps: ===== 1.Launched chrome. 2.Navigated to "https://outlook.office.com". 3.Signed in and tried to download an attachment with a ".pdf" extension. 4.Observed that the file got downloaded successfully. Attached screencast for reference. @reporter: Request you to retry the issue by creating a new person without any apps and extensions installed, reset all flags to default and let us know if the issue still persists. When opening an attachment specifically from inside Outlook you could get a blunder message saying that it can't make the record and to that, you require to check the authorizations on the folder you need to spare it in.
