Elements styles autocomplete

Reported by sgtkhali...@gmail.com, Oct 19

Issue description

UserAgent: Mozilla/5.0 (Macintosh; Intel Mac OS X 10_12_6) AppleWebKit/537.36 (KHTML, like Gecko) Chrome/69.0.3497.100 Safari/537.36

Steps to reproduce the problem:
1. Open dev tools window
2. choose element
3. Start adding any css style

What is the expected behavior?
I get an autocomplete as in any IDE. For example I type "bc" then press Tab and it's automatically autocomplete to "background-color: "

What went wrong?
I have to write the whole style name

Did this work before? No

Chrome version: 69.0.3497.100 Channel: n/a
OS Version: OS X 10.12.6
Flash Version:

This is not a bug, It's a request for feature. I didn't find any forms for requesting a features so I created an issue
