Issue descriptionChrome Version : 72.0.3584.0 (Official Build) 945ab041ec6ac3fb389f94dcbfebb1839a12a69b-refs/branch-heads/3584@{#1} 32/64 bit OS : Mac(10.13.1, 10.13.6, 10.14.1), Windows(7,8,10), Linux(14.04 LTS) What steps will reproduce the problem? 1. Launch chrome, navigate chrome://settings page and set 'Font size' to 'Very small'. 2. Now navigate to chrome://settings/searchEngines and type any query in 'Search' box present at the top right corner of the page. 3. Observe 'Blue underline' and 'Clear' icon. Actual Result : No gap is seen between 'Blue underline' and 'Clear' icon in all subpage 'Search' fields for 'Very small' font size. Expected Result : Gap should be seen between 'Blue underline' and 'Clear' icon in 'Search' field for 'Very small' font.
