Right now we closely monitor disk overhead of installing Chrome on Android, but we should also be monitoring our disk usage within the /data/data/org.chromium.chrome/files directory. E.g. to notice things like  bug 896394 .

I think this maybe makes sense to tack onto our existing perf tests?
If anyone has thoughts / guidance, please add it :)
