Print Preview errors on sign in

Chrome Version: 72.0.3585.0 

1) Open Print Preview in a new profile window of Chrome
2) "Change" to change destinations
3) Sign in to Google Cloud Print

Result: Print Preview generates console error and does not correctly reload printers. Generates a second console error when the destinations dialog is closed, which causes the destinations settings controls to disappear from the UI.
