Issue description

DUT: Chell
Host: chromeos15-row13a-rack4-host1	
Test: display_Resolution.extended

Test is flaky since build version R72-11167.0.0 and

It looks like the resolution does not change and is always same - (1024, 768) - no matter what EDID is being assigned.

Can you re-run the test on another chell host labeled for HDMI suite with chameleon. 

Can you reproduce manually by plugging different external monitors to check. Check if always the external resolution is same, as observed by the test.
