What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Enable Dark mode in macOS Mojave
2. All browsers above shows dark windows and updated icons.
3. Chrome does not. 

What is the expected result? Dark mode for Chrome and new icons that better adapt dark mode.


What happens instead of that?
