Header not working

Behavior in Firefox 3.x/4.x: same

What steps will reproduce the problem?
(1) I still don't know why, but chrome is blocking the header of my website.
(2)Cross-Origin Read Blocking (CORB) blocked cross-origin response https://url/favicon.ico with MIME type text/html. See https://www.chromestatus.com/feature/5629709824032768 for more details.

I'm not sure I understand what you mean by header? Can you describe perhaps with a picture?

Does this reproduce in other browsers? If so it is likely something you are doing incorrectly in your source.
