Cant load twitch extesions and site of the extension

Chrome Version       :  70.0.3538.67 
URLs (if applicable) : twitch.tv, frankerfacez.com
Other browsers tested: yes
  Add OK or FAIL after other browsers where you have tested this issue:
     Safari: PASS/FAIL (Version)
    Firefox: OK
       Edge: PASS/FAIL (Version)

What steps will reproduce the problem?
(1)Opening twitch
(2)Trying to open frankerfacez.com
(3)

What is the expected result?
Loading twitch extensions correctly
Opening  frankerfacez.com correctly

What happens instead?
Cant load extensions that are already installed (tried deletind and re-installing them)
Cant connect to Frankerfacez

Please provide any additional information below. Attach a screenshot if
possible.

Unable to reproduce the issue on mac 10.13.3, win-10 using chrome reported version #70.0.3538.67 and latest canary #72.0.3588.0.
Attached a screen cast for reference.

Following are the steps followed to reproduce the issue.
------------
(1)Opened twitch.tv
(2)Also opened frankerfacez.com
(3)Observed that both twitch.tv and http://frankerfacez.com/ opened without any issues.

chrisvelos@ - Could you please check the issue on latest canary #72.0.3588.0 by creating a new profile without any apps and extensions and please let us know if the issue still persist or not.
