Parts of UI are not scaled correctly on 4K display

UserAgent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 10.0; Win64; x64) AppleWebKit/537.36 (KHTML, like Gecko) Chrome/70.0.3538.67 Safari/537.36

Steps to reproduce the problem:
Use chrome on a 15.6" display with a resolution of 3840x2160 (Windows scaling: 225%).

What is the expected behavior?
Larger scrollbars, better scaling of UI elements.

What went wrong?
See attached screenshots.

Did this work before? N/A

I had taken the screenshots, then wanted to check out the precise chrome version for the bug report, during which Chrome offered to update itself. I updated Chrome, submitted the bug report using the new version, and then discovered that every single issue from above has been fixed already :-)

Sorry for that - issue can be closed.
