Issue descriptionUserAgent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 10.0; Win64; x64) AppleWebKit/537.36 (KHTML, like Gecko) Chrome/70.0.3538.67 Safari/537.36 Steps to reproduce the problem: 1. Goto any site 2. Select Menu > More tools > Create shortcut... What is the expected behavior? Check box labelled 'Open as window' should be present to allow the link to open the site with minimal browser chrome (menus/tabs/etc.). What went wrong? This option is no longer present. Did this work before? Yes Whichever was the current version on 2018-09-01 Chrome version: 70.0.3538.67 Channel: stable OS Version: 10.0 Flash Version: n/a It appears this option was disabled with the introduction of PWA (Progressive Web App) support. Links previoulsy created this way still seem to work in version 70.

pleducoceanex@ Thanks for the update. As per comment #1, as the 'Open as Window' option is moved to the context menu of the app in chrome://apps, can you please confirm if anything else is required from our end in triaging the issue or this issue can be closed? Thanks..
