Search toolbar doesn't disappear after hitting Esc

UserAgent: Mozilla/5.0 (Macintosh; Intel Mac OS X 10_14_0) AppleWebKit/537.36 (KHTML, like Gecko) Chrome/69.0.3497.100 Safari/537.36

Steps to reproduce the problem:
1. Hit Cmd+F
2. Hit Escape

What is the expected behavior?
Search toolbar will disappear

What went wrong?
Search toolbar stays, only way to hide it is to click the X button

Did this work before? N/A 

Chrome version: 69.0.3497.100  Channel: n/a
OS Version: OS X 10.14.0

Can't reproduce with latest Chrome 70 Stable. Please update your Chrome and retest it. Thanks.

This somehow fix itself after I disabled and re-enabled all my extensions
