visual studio 2017 crash when Building Chromium for Windows

UserAgent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 6.1; Win64; x64) AppleWebKit/537.36 (KHTML, like Gecko) Chrome/69.0.3497.100 Safari/537.36

Steps to reproduce the problem:
I setted up the chromium build 

https://chromium.googlesource.com/chromium/src/+/master/docs/windows_build_instructions.md#setting-up-the-build

1. inputed on cmd.exe
$ gn gen --ide=vs out\Default

2. executed "K:\chromium\src\out\Default\all.sln"

3. visual studio crashed and close by force

What is the expected behavior?

What went wrong?
visual studio crashed and close by force

Did this work before? N/A 

Chrome version: 69.0.3497.100  Channel: n/a
OS Version: 6.1 (Windows 7, Windows Server 2008 R2)
Flash Version: 

i got the dumpfile, but the file size is big(3GB).
and i upload dump_analyze_result.txt
it is Result analyzed by windbg.

As this issue is related to Build, this is out of scope of triaging at TE end.
Hence adding 'TE-NeedsTriageHelp' label and requesting 'Build' team to look into the issue and help in further triaging.
