Steps To Reproduce:
(1) close laptop so it sleeps
(2) open it up again so it wakes up
(3)

Expected Result: chrome shows as it was left

Actual Result: shows chrome was not closed correctly, click a button to restore (restore does work)

How frequently does this problem reproduce? (Always, sometimes, hard to
reproduce?) always

What is the impact to the user, and is there a workaround? If so, what is
it? big annoyance, no workaround known
