From "Settings > About Chrome"
Application version: 0.0.0.1
Operating system: android 7.1.2

URLs (if applicable):

Steps to reproduce:
(1) cannot update 
(2) cannot enable
(3) can force stop

Expected result:  can I enable this?..  Cannot enable because it is greyed out...but I am able to force stop it.


Actual result:
Only allowed to force stop.  Cannot update or remove
