Step:
1. Launch chrome browser, go to www.youtube.com
2. Play any video clips
Observe: see attached files

Expected result:
audio/video playback should not have any issue

Actual result:
Sometime no audio available, but video still playing..(moved volume up/down still no audio)

How frequently does this problem reproduce? (randomly)
