Several teams freeze when working normally in Documents, presentations or spreadsheets, attach those of a team and several teams, annex logs of some equipment

Hi gmunoz, thanks for filing! We need some more information. Can you please provide us with specific steps for how to reproduce the problem? Can you explain what you mean by 'teams freeze'? Does the browser freeze or the whole operating system?

Can you provide us with specific steps on how to reproduce the problem? It does not have a specific pattern although it happens more frequently while they have two programs open, although it also happens when they open even a program such as spreadsheets, presentations or documents. Can you explain what you mean by "equipment freeze"? The teams do not allow any changes or movements, you can not write or select, sometimes the course can move but does not allow access or select anything. Does the browser or the entire operating system freeze? It is the entire operating system that freezes, the only option to continue working is to restart as it is not allowed to access anything.
