omnibox suggestions change "randomly"

When I type into the omnibox, I now often become useful suggestions from drive, however, after a second, they disappear again.

E.g. when I want to get to my 1:1 doc with Parisa, I start typing "parisa". For "par" and "pari", the doc reliably is suggested, for "paris" it is, however, only suggested for a second to be replaced by other suggestions from drive.

running Chrome 72.0.3582.0 (but this also happened before)

Hi Jochen, thanks for the report, regarding "replaced by other suggestions from drive" - those late-arriving suggestions that push out your 1:1 doc do *not* have URLs, correct? In that case I think some history items are being forced out.

IMO the scoring of these new results, provided by a server, is quite aggressive. The team is tuning.

that is correct.

Note however that when I search for parisa in drive, it's the 2nd result it suggests to me, while I don't get an URL-less suggestion for the doc in the omnibox
