Large text files are truncated in screen reader presentation

Project Member Reported by aleventhal@chromium.org, Oct 17

Issue description

Steps:
1. Load a large text file, e.g. https://www.gutenberg.org/files/58111/58111-0.txt with a screen reader such as NVDA or JAWS
2. Press Ctrl+End in virtual buffer

What happens:
You're not at the end, you're in a truncated view. Interestingly if you inspect the document you will see the text truncated in the same place in DOM inspector, but the entire document does show up visually.

A lot of screen reader users read books in Chrome.
It would be good to fix this soon.
