Currently, restrictions in the Jellybean implementation of DropdownPopupWindow mean we can't modify the footer once the popup has been show()'n. This, in turn, means we have to do a little bit of a hack to handle footer click events.

Once we remove the crufty old code (crbug.com/896339) we can clean up these behaviors.
