Revistit demo setup error message strings.

Issue description

I am adding a bunch of new strings to display on demo setup error screen.
It would be nice to revisit their content.

Displayed message consists of 2 pieces:
* information about error (IDS_DEMO_SETUP_*_ERROR)
* suggested recovery method (IDS_DEMO_SETUP_RECOVERY_*)

Example:
"This device was locked to different domain or mode. Please powerwash the device and try again."

When creating those strings I was taking example from enterprise and policy code messages that can be found here for reference:

hi Aga, all look good as they are for us to diagnose the issue - no need to run through UX writer
in all cases we are informing RSAs to: 

1) send feedback report with screenshot
2) reboot device
3) powerwash if reboot did not resolve

please confirm that's correct and i'll instruct Retailers
The instructions are correct.

I assume that there RSAs will also read the messages that we are displaying and if the message says check your network connection they will check that the network is working and try again.
