Steps to reproduce the problem:
Login page of my corporate portal ask for PIN to be entered for smart card that we use.

What is the expected behavior?
Smart Card Provider window does not have PIN field

What went wrong?
Smart Card Provider window should display PIN field. It used to work on Chrome 69. now its broken.
It works on IE and Firefox.

Did this work before? Yes Chrome 69
