Enable ‘#out-of-web-fullscreen’ flag from chrome://flags 2. Enable ‘#browser-container-fullscreen’ flag from chrome://flags Steps to reproduce: 1. Launch chrome app and set the above mentioned flags 2. Cold start the app 3.
