Currently, we have a ui_frame_times metric. It is the distribution between presentation times of "UI compositor frames". In most platforms and configs we use the browser compositor frames as "UI compositor frames". In Mash or single-process Ash Chrome OS we use Ash compositor frames as "UI compositor frames". It may be insightful to report frame times for the browser and Ash separately, as browser_frame_times and ash_frame_times.
