Acer chromebook 15 google play store constant crashing

Issue description
Chrome Version : 69.0.3497.120 (Official Build) (64-bit)
URLs (if applicable) :
Other browsers tested: Chrome OS FAIL
Add OK or FAIL, along with the version, after other browsers where you
have tested this issue:
Safari:
Firefox:
Edge:
What steps will reproduce the problem?
(1)open google play store
(2)left click on any app icon
(3)
What is the expected result?
Opening of new app page
What happens instead?
Screen black out for 2 seconds, screen restore in full with play store now closed.
Please provide any additional information below. Attach a screenshot if
possible.
3 months ago this problem did not exist.

Such type of problem occurs after the installation or update to a new OS. Try to configure it or re-install the Operating System. Visit https://www.acersupportnumber.com/acer-support-number-europe/

Reinstalling the same driver may also work if Windows cannot find a newer version. You will have to visit the printer manufacturer’s website and manually download a Windows 10 driver for your model of printer. Then just select the executable file and install.
