Steps to reproduce the problem:

You see that "Clear form" choice? (image attached)

Well you know what it does? It indeed clears many of the fields on the
form.

The problem is that without an additional "Clear field" choice above it,
the user thinks maybe "Clear form" is how to "clear this field".

The result is he zaps his other painstakingly entered fields.

Now you might wonder: well he can just use the Delete key on his
keyboard to clear just this field.

Yes but as you see that field is tiny, and to clean out all the text in
is would be like putting your arm into some dark plumbing and reaching
around in the dark.

Never mind what page this was on. I'm just giving you a general example.

What is the expected behavior?

User takes risks clicking what he regrets.
