Splitting the "3 others" into separate bugs and finishing triage of this one.

 Bug 896850  for startup.warm/coldish:intent
Bug 896851 for system_health.common_mobile/background:tools:gmail
For this bug, the screenshot is attached. Looks like the page didn't fully finish loading.

Shows this started failing around  r593619:r593772. Kicking off a bisect and disabling.

Actually I can't find any record of TribunNews_3g uploading to the perf dashboard from N5. So despite what the flakiness dashboard says, it looks like it never worked, and I can't bisect. Disabling.

Disable failing loading.mobile/TribunNews_3g and system_health.common_mobile/background:tools:gmail on N5, and fix startup.mobile disables.
