Issue descriptionUserAgent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 6.1; Win64; x64) AppleWebKit/537.36 (KHTML, like Gecko) Chrome/69.0.3497.100 Safari/537.36 Steps to reproduce the problem: 1. Go to http://www.ivank.net/veci/cursors.html and check the cursor size 2. Zoom in the page to 200% and check the cursor size What is the expected behavior? Cursor size is in "CSS pixels", so they should scale according to devicePixelRatio. That is what we agreed on at W3C: https://github.com/w3c/csswg-drafts/issues/2480 . Cursor offset is in CSS pixels, too. We use image-set() to make "crisp", non-stretched cursors. What went wrong? Cursor size remains the same. Precisely, they are always scaled only by the scale ratio of the OS (1.25 in my case), but the browser zoom is ignored. Did this work before? N/A Chrome version: 69.0.3497.100 Channel: n/a OS Version: 6.1 (Windows 7, Windows Server 2008 R2) Flash Version:

ivan.kuckir@ Thanks for the issue... Able to reproduce the issue on reported chrome version 69.0.3497.100 also on latest chrome 72.0.3583.0 using Mac 10.13.6, Ubuntu 14.04 and Windows 10. Same behavior is seen on M60(60.0.3112.113) hence considering it as non-regression and marking it as Untriaged. Thanks..!
