Steps to reproduce the problem:
1. Open CROSH (CTRL + ALT + T)
2. Type in "battery_firmware update"
3. Update fails

What is the expected behavior?
The expected behavior is for the battery firmware to update.

What went wrong?
When the command "battery_firmware update" is run in CROSH it gives an error (I will put the error below.) 

Cannot stat /run/lock.
